Back in 2012, Schools Out owners Steve and Chris, alongside long time friend Duncan and his partners Hassan and Youba from Spot-M Surf Camp, decided to collaborate and put together the idea of running school surf trips to Mirleft in South Morocco. Utilising Steve and Chris’s prior experience and expertise in working with and delivering surf provision for UK schools, alongside Spot-M’s fantastic set up and expert local knowledge, a pipedream became a reality.

The first trip took place in 2014, and since then we have delivered yearly surf trips for schools throughout the UK. Over the years we have gained a fantastic relationship with the local community, shop owners, and local surfers in Morocco, and developed our trips so that each and every student gets the very the most from their experience with us.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, trip management, and overall delivery in and out of the water. All our food is locally sourced and cooked by our amazing team of trained chefs. For your accommodation we use private and secure Villa’s per school, each with a pool and plenty of space per room. Our main beach base is exclusive to us and Spot-M, therefore we have uncrowded surf alongside a quiet beach where students can enjoy other beach activities such as volleyball, football, swimming or just chilling.

As with all our trips, our main aim is to remove the stress and time from a teachers schedule, and take on as much of the trip planning and organising as possible. We fully appreciate that teachers, and schools, lead busy lives, and the last thing any lead teacher wants is to source flights, transport, accommodation outside of student marking and lesson planning, so we will do it all for you.
